Marketing Responsible (International Operations – Marine Interiors)Location: Yalova, TürkiyeEmployment Type: Full-time | Frequent International TravelAbout the PositionAccomar Marine Interior is one of the leading companies in Türkiye, providing turnkey interior outfitting solutions for commercial vessels.We are seeking a Marketing Responsible (International Operations) to join our Business Development and Marketing Department, responsible for enhancing Accomar’s global presence and developing new business opportunities by maintaining close contact with shipyards and shipbuilding centers across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in international markets,Manage and maintain corporate relationships with shipyards, shipowners and design offices abroad,Promote the company’s products and services to strengthen global brand awareness,Represent the company at international exhibitions, meetings, and industry events,Actively contribute to departmental objectives by implementing marketing and communication strategies,Enhance Accomar’s international visibility through customer visits, presentations, and on-site activities,Support the preparation of marketing materials such as exhibition content, catalogs, videos, digital media, and presentations,Conduct market research and competitive analysis, and prepare related reports,Collaborate closely with partner companies and business associates,Support the creation and monitoring of the marketing budget,Prepare visit and activity reports following customer meetings.QualificationsExperience in international brand representation, corporate communication, or field marketing,Excellent command of English (spoken and written),Strong presentation, reporting, and organizational skills,Proficiency in corporate correspondence and diplomatic communication,No restrictions for frequent international travel,Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills,Proactive, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.What We OfferOpportunity to play an active role in international projects and gain experience in global markets,Direct collaboration with leading shipyards and design offices in the maritime industry,Professional networking opportunities through international travel and exhibition participation,An innovative and people-focused work culture that values teamwork and creativity,A dynamic environment where ideas are valued and professional growth is encouraged,Modern office facilities and a flexible, solution-driven working approach,A strong sense of team spirit supported by company events and motivational activities
