Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Marketer to be a key driver of our business growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, educating them on the benefits of software/ERP implementation, and demonstrating how our solution can transform their operations.Key ResponsibilitiesClearly and effectively explain what an ERP system is and its core benefits to potential clients.Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage with key decision-makers in target industries.Analyze the business processes of prospective clients to demonstrate how our ERP solution can be used to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Build and maintain a strong network of contacts, leads, and potential partners.Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of different industries.Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking functions to generate leads and build brand awareness.Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client acquisition.Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and new business opportunities.Required Qualifications & SkillsExcellent Communication Skills: Must be a superb verbal communicator, capable of explaining complex concepts in a simple and persuasive manner.Strong Business Acumen: A solid understanding of fundamental business processes involved in various industries, including Ready-Made Garments (RMG), General Manufacturing, Real Estate, Retail, Trading, and Distribution, Education, and other related sectors.Exceptional Networking Skills: Proven ability to build, maintain, and leverage professional relationships to create business opportunities.Self-Motivated & Proactive: A goal-oriented individual who can work independently and take initiative to achieve targets.A passion for technology and its application in solving real-world business challenges.Preferred QualificationsProven experience in a marketing, sales, or business development role within the B2B software or IT industry.Direct experience working with or marketing ERP systems is a significant advantage.An existing, established network of contacts within our target industries.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.What We OfferA competitive salary and attractive commission structure.A collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.The chance to be a key part of a growing technology company.
