1. JOB PURPOSE:The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products or services. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through market research, content creation, and digital marketing efforts. The Marketing Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the company’s marketing goals.The position is based in Bahra, Jeddah.2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Marketing Campaign Execution Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events) to promote the company's products/services, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.Content Creation and Management Create compelling content for websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital assets, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone across all channels.Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research to identify new trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and product launches, providing necessary marketing materials, presentations, and support.Budget Management and Reporting Track marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources, and provide regular reports on campaign performance, return on investment (ROI), and recommendations for future improvements.Event Planning and Coordination Plan, organize, and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing-related activities, ensuring that all logistics are managed effectively to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.3. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:• Good time management skills so as to achieve the results in a punctual manner & avoiding delay• Good communication and behavioral skills to interact cordially with everyone• Tact and diplomacy to handle all employees and customers.• Good in interacting with people of various backgrounds and nationality.• Ability to work under pressure so as not let to the pressure affect him/her.• Good English – oral and written to be able to communicate with all.• Self-discipline and commitment . 4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor in Marketing & CommunicationMinimum Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in same field .5.
