Position SummaryWe are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, a proven track record of executing successful marketing promotions, and a talent for creating engaging social media content. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that build our brand, attract new customers, and drive growth.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & ExecutionDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitor activities, and define target audiences.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, providing regular reports on performance and ROI.Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.2. Marketing Promotion & Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., email, digital advertising, content marketing, webinars, events).Develop promotional materials and messaging to support campaign launches and initiatives.Manage the marketing budget for specific campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Analyze campaign results and optimize for future performance.3. Social Media & Content CreationDevelop and manage a social media content calendar that aligns with our brand voice and marketing priorities.Create, write, and design engaging content (graphics, short videos, compelling copy) for all social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok).Monitor social media channels, engage with our community, and respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.Qualifications & SkillsRequired:2 years minimum of experience in a marketing role.Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and planning campaigns.Demonstrable track record of managing and executing successful marketing promotions.Strong social media content creation skills (copywriting, basic graphic design, and/or video editing). A portfolio of social media work is highly encouraged.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
