Job Description

We are seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Specialist to support our marketing operations. This role will play a key part in communicating the company’s services across digital, print and editorial channels. The successful candidate will focus on developing and delivering digital, email and web-based campaigns, while also contributing to content creation, messaging, brochure development and editorial support. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will ensure brand consistency, drive client engagement and contribute to the delivery of the company’s overall marketing strategy.Key Responsibilities: Support the development, implementation and management of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media and email).Execute communication and marketing strategies that effectively promote the company’s services and align with brand objectives.Produce engaging content, including brochures, service messaging, editorial pieces and marketing collateral.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compelling representation of services across all touchpoints.Create and deliver email marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives.Work with designers to develop visually engaging assets for both digital and print.Update and optimize website content and landing pages to reflect current service offerings.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using analytics to inform improvements.Provide editorial and copywriting support for internal and external communications.Assist with CRM management, ensuring client data is segmented and campaigns are targeted and personalized.Contribute to ad-hoc marketing projects and event support as required.Key, Qualifications, Skills, Experiences and Knowledge Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role within the luxury industry (yachting/maritime sector desirable).Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing tools).Proven ability in copywriting, content creation and editorial support.Experience producing brochures, service messaging and marketing collateral.Knowledge of SEO, content marketing and digital best practice.Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven personalization.Analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and performance reporting.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.Creative, collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to support a wide range of marketing projects.
