Job Description

We are searching for a Marketing Specialist role for a major international food & beverage company. Their products are very popular, especially among young people.Job SummaryThe Marketing Specialist is a professional role responsible for driving the growth of our brand and maximizing the customer experience. Through market analysis, campaign planning, and the execution of digital and offline initiatives, you will contribute to enhancing brand awareness, strengthening customer loyalty, and expanding sales. Collaborating with internal and external business partners, you will drive strategic and actionable marketing activities.Primary Roles & Responsibilities• Develop and execute annual/quarterly marketing plans• Formulate brand and promotional strategies• Plan campaigns, direct production, and measure effectiveness• Drive digital marketing (SNS, web, apps, CRM, etc.)• Manage implementation of in-store promotions (POP, events, collaborations, etc.)• Propose improvements based on market research, competitor analysis, and customer dataanalysis• Handling public relations activities (press releases, media relations, etc.)• Coordinating with related departments (Sales, R&D, SCM, QA, etc.) and driving projects forwardQualifications• Practical marketing experience in the consumer goods, food service, or retail industry (3+ yearspreferred)• Knowledge and experience with both digital and offline marketing initiatives• Analytical and logical thinking skills• Project management and communication skills• Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Preferred Skills• Knowledge of food service and retail franchising• Experience collaborating with advertising agencies and production companies• Experience utilizing digital marketing tools (SNS ad management, Google Analytics, etc.)• Ability to perform duties in English, Collaboration with stakeholders• Internal: Sales, R&D, QA, SCM, CS, Training, Legal, General Affairs• External: Advertising agencies, production companies, media, FC partners, etc.• Department: Marketing Division• Reporting Line: Marketing Manager• Employment Type: Full-time employee (6-month probationary period)• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flextime available / No core hours)• Salary: Up to 8,000,000 yen, but it is negotiable
