Job Description

Our client is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and bring the brand to life across retail, e-commerce, and digital platforms. As part of the Marketing team, you’ll play a hands-on role in executing omnichannel campaigns, managing social and CRM activations, and supporting retail initiatives that connect with customers both online and in-store.Responsibilities Execute seasonal marketing campaigns across online and offline channels in line with the brand’s omnichannel strategy.Collaborate with creative, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent messaging and visuals.Drive social media and influencer activations, schedule posts, and report on engagement and performance.Support paid media campaigns and assist with e-commerce updates including website banners, landing pages, and newsletters.Contribute to CRM initiatives — from email campaigns to loyalty programs — using customer data to enhance personalization and retention.Coordinate in-store marketing materials and activations that align with digital efforts and promotional calendars.Monitor campaign performance and competitor trends, preparing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fashion retail or omnichannel environments.Solid knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, and CMS.Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fashion.Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
