Our team sits at the intersection ofsports, data, and creativity — powering user growth for next-generation fantasy sports, socialsportsbooks, and sweepstakes-style gaming apps.The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on User Acquisition Intern to join our A+ performance team. This isnot a “shadow and learn” internship — you’ll be working directly on live campaigns that reachhundreds of thousands of users every week. You’ll gain real-world experience in scaling mobileapps, testing ad creatives, optimizing campaign performance, and understanding how dataturns into growth.Exceptional performers will be considered for a full-time User Acquisition Analyst role uponcompletion.What You’ll Do● Assist in launching and managing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, andSnapchat.● Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs such as CPI, CPA, and ROI.● Support creative testing workflows, helping identify and scale “winning” ad concepts.● Collaborate with our in-house UGC creators and design team to produce high-impactcreatives.● Research competitors, audience trends, and sports moments to inform new campaignideas.● Participate in weekly performance reviews and strategy sessions with senior UAmanagers.What We’re Looking For● Passion for sports, gaming, or fantasy sports is a must.● Strong analytical mindset with interest in marketing performance data.● Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments.● Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads is a plus (but notrequired).● Creative, curious, and proactive — someone who wants to make an impact from dayone.What You’ll Get● Paid internship with performance-based full-time conversion opportunity.● Hands-on experience with some of the most advanced UA stacks in the iGaming space.● Mentorship from a team of senior growth professionals and creative strategists.● Opportunity to work directly with top-tier U.S. sports and gaming brands.● A culture that rewards hustle, curiosity, and results.
