Marketing Specialist – Japan (AutocathFFR)Location: Tokyo, Japan | Employment Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)Company: MedHub-AIAbout MedHub-AIMedHub-AI is transforming cardiology with AutocathFFR, an AI-powered software that enables non-invasive physiological analysis directly from coronary angiography. Following Shonin approval and strong clinical adoption across Japan, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Japan marketing team.You will play a key role in executing the company’s existing marketing strategy and driving wider adoption of AutocathFFR across Japan.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing ActivitiesExecute and localize the existing marketing strategy to accelerate broad adoption of AutocathFFR across Japan.Drive wider adoption of AutocathFFR across Japan and ensure achievement of marketing KPIs.Adapt global positioning and messaging to the Japanese market while ensuring consistency with MedHub-AI’s brand identity.Support initiatives that strengthen awareness, trust, and usage growth of AutocathFFR among hospitals and KOLs.Collaborate closely with the global marketing and product management teams to ensure cohesive communication and alignment of activities.Work closely and effectively with our third-party distributor in Japan to align field marketing activities, promotional efforts, and hospital engagement.Clinical and Conference MarketingPlan and manage the company’s participation in major conferences and symposiums such as CVIT, JCC, CCT, ARIA, and FRIENDS Live.Prepare and deliver presentations, booth materials, and live case demonstrations.Support KOL-led educational sessions, workshops, and hospital-based training events.KOL and Hospital RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with leading cardiologists, societies, and hospital marketing departments.Gather and communicate market insights, user feedback, and clinical trends to headquarters.Content and CommunicationCreate high-quality marketing materials including presentations, videos, case studies, brochures, and digital content.Manage press releases, local campaigns, and digital communication channels in coordination with the global team.Operational ManagementCoordinate logistics for marketing events and ensure compliance with Japanese regulations.Manage marketing budgets, reports, and KPIs for the Japan region.Qualifications15+ years of experience in marketing medical devices within cardiology or Cath Lab environments.Proven success in executing product launches and marketing campaigns for advanced medical technologies.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field from a leading university.Fluent English and Japanese (written and spoken).Strong presentation and communication skills.Experience supporting marketing activities at medical conferences and symposiums.Willingness to travel extensively across Japan and occasionally abroad.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AI-based or imaging-based cardiology solutions (FFR, QFR, OCT, IVUS, etc.).Established network within the Japanese interventional cardiology community.Previous experience in a global medical device company.and strategic partners.Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) strongly preferred.
