About The ClientOur client, Shri Star Pty Ltd operates across the hospitality and education sectors and are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join their team.The RoleThe company is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join its growing team based in Sydney, New South Wales. The primary focus of this role will be to develop and manage marketing strategies and enrolment campaigns, while also overseeing promotional and brand awareness initiatives to strengthen its local market presence in both the hospitality and education sectors.This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $77,500 per annum plus superannuation. The role is based in Sydney, NSW.The Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify market opportunities for both restaurant and education sectors, including student markets and new customer demographics Develop and implement marketing strategies and advertising campaigns to promote group brands, products, and training services Manage and coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, SEO, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta) Advise management on product mix, pricing, and promotional strategies to strengthen brand positioning Analyse campaign performance and prepare marketing reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and growth Liaise with graphic designers, media agencies, and education agents to ensure consistent brand messaging Plan and manage events, sponsorships, and community partnerships for brand promotion and student recruitment Coordinate public relations and content creation, including newsletters, blog posts, and visual media Support the preparation of marketing budgets and monitor spending effectiveness across campaignsThe Requirements Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, preferably across hospitality, retail, or education sectors Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing in a commercial role At least 2 years of experience social and digital marketing Minimum of 2 years of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads At least 2 years of SEO experience in content optimization Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve marketing objectives Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills and proven cross-cultural competencies Good analytical skills and be able to correlate the issues Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and campaign management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional marketing initiatives across multiple business units
