Job Description

You are responsible for creating new demand for our services via offline and digital marketing efforts. You will also be responsible for identifying new customers in Korea to contribute to company revenue growth, via close collaboration with various stakeholders in the company. We are seeking a results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for commercial, teamwork spirit and ability of working under pressure.  Responsibilities• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; including application and product team, marketing, and sales team to plan and execute offline conferences/events, customer engagement activities, to engage existing customers and nurture new leads.• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies to enhance online presence and lead generation.• Perform online research to identify new leads and uncover new opportunities. • Provide regular reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and market insights to inform business decisions.• Regular follow up on inbound leads and customer enquiries, route qualified opportunities to respective salesperson• Assist salespersons with tender submission via Nara Jangteo and update/keep track of competitor info through the bidding platforms• Ensure all information in CRM system are up to date and utilize the database and provide useful information that will add value to the sales team• Assist the sales team in implementing detailed analysis and strategic mapping of key accounts to identify revenue enhancement opportunities and drive increased sales per key account • Supervise and ensure the timely and professional completion of show materials (content/design/layout), including brochures, invitations, regular newsletters, posters, and video clips etc.• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry media and associations. • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels by collecting and analyzing performance data. • Support marketing campaign preparation and execution through various like digital, print and SNS, closely working with marketing team and external vendors. Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or Master major in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant commercial experiences preferred. Fresh graduate with high potential will also be considered. Experience with insides sales or digital marketing is a plus .• Familiar with Korea life science market will be treated as value add. NGS industry experience is a strong plus.• Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing platforms, digital marketing tools. • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong sense of teamwork.• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure. • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. • Verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English • Experience in conference or event management • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quicliy in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe creative, Canva).
