The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design, and will help elevate our brand through visually stunning, data-driven online campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, SEO, paid search, etc.) to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.Content Creation: Design visually compelling content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, banner ads, and blog images. Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Social Media Management: Create and manage social media content, including graphic designs for posts, stories, and ads. Track engagement and audience growth while developing strategies to increase visibility and interaction.SEO & SEM: Assist in optimizing website content for SEO, design web banners and graphics for digital ads, and support paid search campaigns to boost brand visibility and website traffic.Email Marketing: Create and design email marketing campaigns, including HTML email templates and eye-catching graphics, to drive customer engagement and sales.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, and more. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.Graphic Design: Design high-quality graphics and visuals that align with the overall brand identity, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all digital touchpoints.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, sales) to create a seamless experience between creative content and marketing goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategy and adjust designs for optimal impact.Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay on top of the latest trends in both digital marketing and design. Experiment with new tools and strategies to create engaging content and push creative boundaries.Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and digital platforms, ensuring that designs reflect the brand’s identity and messaging.Requirements:Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates both marketing campaign performance and design skills.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Skills:Digital Marketing: Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM best practices.Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, or other design software.Social Media: Experience creating engaging social media content, including designing graphics for posts, stories, and ads.Web & Email Design: Ability to design web banners, landing pages, and email templates that align with marketing goals and improve user experience.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messages and designs.Creativity & Innovation: Ability to brainstorm and create innovative campaigns and designs that capture attention and engage audiences.Analytics: Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and the ability to analyze campaign performance and design success metrics.
