For our SSFI Marketing Team, we need a motivated team player & fast learner with experience in digital marketing, content creation and event planning who is passionate about digitalization paired with excellent project management skills in the area of Structured Products, supporting the SSFI Sales teams in Switzerland, Europe and Asia in their marketing efforts like events, webinars and communication materials like content creation and newsletters.What would your role be?As a Marketing Specialist in the SSFI Marketing Team, you will:Take initiative to plan, organize, and execute digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on webinars, to support the Sales teams of Vontobel's Center of Excellence SSFI in Zurich, Geneva, Lugano, Frankfurt, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Singapore.Act as a single point of contact for planning and executing marketing activities, including content creation, marketing analytics, communication materials, newsletters, social media, event planning and display advertising campaigns.Maintain and update proprietary CMS platforms (deritrade.com and markets.vontobel.com).Share best practices with all sales teams, identify conversion points, optimize user journeys, and measure campaign performance to support lead generation and nurturing.Collaborate closely with SSFI Sales teams across all offices to optimize user experiences and improve touchpoints.Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their potential adoption to enhance marketing efforts.What are we looking for?We are looking for a motivated team player and fast learner with the following qualifications and skills:Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and event planning.Proven experience in managing webinars, newsletters, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Expertise in planning, executing, organizing, and controlling events and webinars.Technical Skills:Advanced skills in Salesforce and MarketingCloud.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with knowledge of website analytics tools.Experience in optimizing landing pages, user journeys, and conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.Creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.Advanced skills in Adobe Creative SuiteSoft Skills:Hands-on and solution-oriented team player with excellent project management skills.Passionate about digitalization and staying up-to-date with the latest online marketing trends.Languages:Fluent in German, English, and French (any additional language is an asset).What do we offer?The opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment as part of the SSFI Marketing Team.A collaborative and supportive team culture that values creativity, initiative, and professional growth.The chance to work on diverse and impactful marketing projects across multiple global locations (Switzerland, Europe, and Asia).Exposure to cutting-edge digital marketing tools, technologies, and strategies.A role that combines creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking to make a tangible impact on the business.Why Vontobel?At Vontobel, you are building better futures for our clients and society, as well as for yourself.
