This role involves planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends while making a meaningful impact and connecting with audiences in creative ways.Key Responsibilities Will Include Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and messaging Collaborating with internal teams to support product launches, campaigns, and events Managing creative and media briefs, campaign assets, delivery, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns aligned with the marketing strategy in line with business goals Brief and oversee internal and external creative teams and work alongside external and internal media teams to launch creative across media platforms (owned and paid) Optimising campaigns based on performance data and customer insights Managing internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration Briefing and manage external media and creative agencies alongside internal creative team Managing relationships and meeting with entertainment studios and partners NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO I WHAT YOU WILL BRING With 4–7 years of proven marketing experience and a proven track record in campaign management, you’re a marketing professional who knows how to turn insights into results. You combine a creative mindset with attention to detail, approaching challenges with sharp problem-solving skills. You have mastered ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, bringing innovation, and measurable impact to every campaign you touch!Together With This You Will Bring Intermediate/ Microsoft Office in Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel NCEA Level 3 English and Maths or equivalent Strong understanding of marketing tools, analytics, metrics and trends.
