Bring your creativity and digital skills to BabyBjörn as our new Marketing Specialist in South Korea.The Marketing Specialist will support the Korea Marketing Manager in executing global brand strategies and localized campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints. This role will lead key initiatives in social media, KOL & influencers, and partnership events to drive consumer engagement and brand growth. This position also supports customer experience in responding to inquiries and in arranging product deliveries. He or she will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence. A proactive and detail-oriented mindset is essential to thrive in this dynamic and cross-functional environment.Work tasks / main tasks connected to the position:Marketing (75%) Marketing activities planning and executionUnder the guidance of the Marketing Manager, plan, execute, and monitor assigned marketing activities.Actively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messages across channels.Organic social managementManage and grow BabyBjörn Instagram account in line with global guideline and local marketing objectives.Execute daily operations of Korean Instagram account, including content planning, scheduling, and posting.Create or coordinate engaging visual and written content using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Brandwatch, or equivalent.Stay up to date with digital trends and consumer behavior, and provide input to improve content, media plan, and community engagement.Respond to all community interactions and support brand storytelling through authentic engagement.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.Influencer, KOL, and Community activationPlan and execute influencer and creator marketing campaigns in collaboration with third-party agencies.Identify trend-leading influencers and manage seeding, gifting, or affiliate programs to drive brand awareness and affinity.Build and maintain a structured database of influencers, celebrities, and creators, tracking performance and engagement metrics.Engage with relevant online communities such as mom blogs, parenting forums, and lifestyle platforms to amplify brand presence and positive product reviews.Stay informed on cultural trends and digital behavior to guide authentic and impactful partnerships and conversations.Partnership / offline eventsPlan and execute brand collaborations and partnerships with premium retailers, hotels, postpartum centers, and lifestyle platforms.Coordinate brand activation events such as pop-ups, fairs, and offline consumer experiences.Oversee the production of marketing collaterals, brochures, POSMs, and branded merchandise.Analysis, reporting and sharingTrack and monitor performance metrics of all assigned activities, such as but not limited to, engagement, conversion, ROI, etc.Conduct regular analysis and dashboard update.Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports for Korean and Global teams.Actively share best practices within the team, in BabyBjörn hub, or in any relevant occasions.Consumer Experience (CX) Support (20%)Execute and enhance CX manuals and processes under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.Liaise with the third-party consumer service agency to ensure consistent voice to all consumer inquiries, such as but not limited to product usage, parcel tracking, safety, warranty, and complaints.Collect and analyze consumer feedback via Zendesk and other platforms to identify improvement areas.Support global quality reporting for special or sensitive consumer cases.Plan and implement new CX initiatives such as video-based guidance or customer education content.Manage influencer and consumer-related product deliveries.Other marketing and business support (5%)Provide back-up support for agency and marketing operations when needed.Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams for event operations, online & offline materials, and graphic production.Assist in company events, baby fairs, and warehouse related operations.Support any other marketing-related projects as requested by the Marketing Manager.Qualifications needed for the roleBachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communication, or retail/fashion/lifestyle industries.Experience in Instagram account management is a must.Experience in brand marketing, influencer/KOL collaboration, event or partnership activation is strongly preferred.Proficiency with marketing tools such as Zendesk, Brandwatch, Canva, and Meta Business Suite is a plus.Understanding Korean digital media and advertising is a plus.Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.Curious and analytic.Able to transform data into actionable insights.Self-driven, proactive, and autonomous.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent teamwork and collaboration with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, partners).Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading) – able to communicate effectively in a global organization.Able to work flexibly and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.We are accepting applications for this position until
