Your success will be measured by your ability to drive social engagement, brand consistency, campaign ROI, and customer sentiment—while aligning marketing operations to the business priorities of our dynamic, premium F&B concepts.What You’ll DoStrategy & PlanningDevelop a comprehensive annual marketing calendar aligned with national holidays, F&B trends, global food days, and brand-specific initiatives.Define and enforce brand positioning and tone-of-voice guidelines.Conduct competitor research to continuously refine strategy.Social Media & Content ManagementManage and grow multi-brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.Schedule, brief, and publish content that aligns with each brand’s goals.Use analytics tools to track and improve content performance.Manage community engagement: respond to DMs, comments, and UGC.Creative Production OversightLead creative production including photoshoots, food videography, and branded storytelling.Manage outsourced creative partners: photographers, videographers, designers, and influencers.Maintain quality control of all published content and campaign assets.Campaign ExecutionLaunch data-driven digital campaigns tied to business objectives (product launches, LTOs, new store openings).Organize and oversee participation in key events (e.g. food festivals, awards shows).Measure, report, and iterate campaign effectiveness using performance data.Cross-Team CollaborationAlign campaign planning with operations, sales, and product development.Serve as project manager between internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.You’ll Be a Great Fit If You HaveBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related.3–5 years of experience in F&B, QSR, or lifestyle brand marketing.Deep understanding of the Saudi food market and cultural nuances.Proficiency in social tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).Familiarity with food delivery apps and launch marketing for menu items.Bilingual: Fluent in both Arabic and English.
