Walker Law, a Toronto-based litigation firm, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead both our digital and non-digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who understands professional services and can develop creative, measurable ways to grow visibility and client engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across multiple social media platforms.Enhance the firm’s online presence through effective digital marketing, SEO, and content initiatives.Contribute to non-digital marketing efforts, including client engagement programs and event-related initiatives.Provide creative input on how to showcase the firm’s unique strengths to both online and in-person audiences.Collaborate with firm leadership to align marketing strategies with business development goals.Monitor results, provide insights, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of professional services marketing experience (law firm or related industry preferred).Proven track record of growing and managing a professional brand’s visibility.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on executionWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation packageOpportunities for growth and development within the firm.Convenient downtown Toronto location with easy access to transitThis is a hybrid role with the benefit of being located right on the subway line.We thank all applicants for their interest.
