The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective marketing campaigns and ensuring clear and consistent communication. The Marketing Strategist will be vital in driving the company's brand, increasing its market presence, and achieving business goals.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, Bar, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.Strong understanding of F&B and nightlife trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns (both online & offline).Excellent analytical skills — able to interpret marketing data, identify insights, and optimize strategy accordingly.Creative thinker with strong visual sense and storytelling ability.Proficient in social media marketing, influencer collaboration, and community engagement.Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and performance analytics tools is a plus.Good communication and interpersonal skills — able to coordinate with internal teams, event organizers, and creative partners.Placement : Semarang
