As an RQS team member, you will address some of the world’s largest financial needs with technology proven solutions. You would solve these banking challenges and improve decision making with award winning solutions.What you will be doing at Evalueserve:Responsible for overseeing and managing the overall technical and operational components of our marketing automation platform, Marketo. Enhance our marketing automation capabilities to help achieve our business goals and drive revenue growth. With your deep expertise in Marketo, you will be able to learn our instance, make recommendations for strategic improvements, and execute on those plans. You will ensure optimal system performance, data cleanliness and accuracy, and effective operational and lead management workflows. You will also design and implement practical and scalable solutions according to evolving business needs to deliver high impact results and a best-in-class Marketo instance.Marketo Platform AdministrationMonitor and manage the technical configuration, performance, integrations, and optimization of the instance.Promptly address error messages, system notifications, or critical alerts.Monitor deliverability stats and bot/spam traps to maintain sender score and reputation.Research and identify new solutions and integration improvements in support of evolving business needs and goals.Ensure all operational processes and workflows are documented and that all information is up to date.CRM SyncConfigure and manage data flow between Marketo and SFDC, including field mappings and troubleshooting sync errors.Forge a deep, collaborative partnership with CRM and Enterprise Technology teams.Lead Management and OptimizationDesign, implement, and maintain lead management processes, lifecycle and scoring models, and automated workflows.Regularly monitor programs and campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement.Data Management & GovernanceManage and continuously improve operational programs (opt-in compliance, unsubscribe, data normalization, lead scoring, bounce handling, inactivity flagging).Ensure data accuracy and completeness through deduplication, cleansing, and enrichment.Review database and email preferences growth to ensure no abnormalities.Proactively review and identify areas to increase efficiencies with automation.Analytics & Reporting Produce and review monthly and quarterly reports on email performance, lead flow, engagement, and database growth.Analyze data insights to provide actionable recommendations that improve performance and engagement.What we’re looking for:Bachelor's degree.5+ years minimum experience as a Marketo Administrator or Architect, or similar role; expert or practitioner certification strongly preferred.Extensive Marketo/Salesforce sync hands-on experience and a deep understanding of Mkto/SFDC custom objects and sync features/functionality.Proficient in email deliverability optimization including DNS configuration (SPF and DKIM).In depth experience setting up and managing custom objects, webhooks, and API and LaunchPoint integrations.Experience in Financial Services or another highly regulated industry is a plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to drive marketing strategies.Exceptional organizational and project management skills, combined with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.Disclaimer: The above job description serves as an informative reference for the tasks you may be required to perform.
