We are looking to onboard 5 agents who can significantly contribute to our fund's growth. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and cultivate relationships with prospective professional investors (e. g. , High-Net-Worth Individuals, Family Offices, Institutional Investors) who meet the MiFID definition.
Effectively articulate MarketVision Capital AD's investment strategy, fund terms, and unique value proposition. Facilitate the introduction of qualified investors to the MarketVision Capital AD management team. Collaborate closely with the AIFM team to ensure a seamless investor onboarding process, adhering to all AML/KYC/KYB requirements. Maintain a deep understanding of the fund's performance, market conditions, and regulatory landscape. Represent MarketVision Capital AD with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. What We Are Looking ForProven track record in capital raising, investor relations, or business development within the alternative investment or financial services industry.
Extensive network of professional investors (HNWIs, Family Offices, Institutional Investors) with a demonstrated ability to introduce qualified leads. Strong understanding of alternative investment funds, financial markets, and investment strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. High degree of professionalism, ethical conduct, and discretion. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e. g. , Dutch, French, Bulgarian. . . ) are a plus. Familiarity with relevant financial regulations (e. g. , MiFID II) is advantageous. CompensationThis is a commission-based role.
Compensation will be structured as a competitive percentage of the capital successfully introduced to MarketVision Capital AD, paid by MarketVision Finance OOD. Specific commission rates will be discussed and formally agreed upon in an independent contractor agreement, reflecting the volume and quality of introduced capital.
