If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!ResponsibilitiesInteract with all guests (clients, residents and visitors) in a professional demeanorFoster client relationships through continuous communication and supportDevelop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contractEnsure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely mannerRecruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is metConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.

)Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely mannerManage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)Other duties to be determined by managementQualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferredMinimum of three years previous security supervision or leadership experience requiredFlexible/ on- call schedule availabilityProfessional demeanor and appearanceExcellent computer skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Attentive to detail Must be able to multi task in a fast-paced environment Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)#FTL
