From the warm welcome to the uncomplicated check-in to the warm farewell, you are there for our guests during their stay. Key Responsibilities: Responsibility for the smooth arrival and departure of our guests and their luggage handling, as well as the comprehensive guarantee of guest satisfactionGiving information about the hotelReceipts of couriers and handling of transportResponsibility for the correct Parking of the guest cars and management of the vehicle keysAttention to the cleanliness of the entrance area and the lobbyCollaboration with our event department to provide the guests with information and to guide them in the right directionYour Qualifications:
