Job DescriptionAre you passionate about data, analysis, and consumer insights, and excited to gain hands-on experience in Category Management within a leading global FMCG company? Mars Snacking is looking for a student to join our Category team supporting Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark, and help grow our categories with key customers.The role entails plenty of personal responsibility, varied tasks and broad exposure in the organization. To be successful in this, we are looking for someone with drive, curiosity, attention to detail, a genuine interest in working with numbers, and willingness to learn and develop.What will be your key responsibilities?You will provide analytical and administrative support to our Category Managers for Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. Tasks will include:Updating and analysing data through platforms such as Nielsen, Kauza, and Euromonitor.Contributing to internal and external presentations by building compelling storylines and visual data stories.Supporting with planogram analysis and planogram creation (via Nielsen Spaceman) to optimize product placement in stores.Updating assortment overviews and ensuring data accuracy.Other stimulating and challenging tasks based on your seniority and development areas, such as attending customer meetings, and supporting category projects and store tests. What are we looking for?Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably graduating in 2028 or later.A driven and curious student, with good attention to detail, a genuine interest in working with numbers, and willingness to learn and develop.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data tools (e.g. Nielsen IQ, Euromonitor, PowerBi) is not needed but is a plus.Fluent in EnglishWhat can you expect from Mars?
