THE COMPANYOur client is as an English Limited Part of a significant German corporate group with over 1,000 employees and over €180 million in revenue. Currently, million revenue is being generated with a small Team in the UK. The company has great potential in the market. It is economically very healthy and family-run. The company operates in the field of automation technology for bulk materials and dosing, particularly in the following industries: Chemicals, Plastics, Food, Dairy products, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, General manufacturing, Animal feed, Battery industries and Recycling.

The company's location in the UK is in the middle of the United Kingdom, but this location is not binding for the future. THE POSITIONFuture Managing Director (m/f/d) EnglandReports directly to the Managing Director in Germany. The incumbent will work closely with the specialist departments in Germany as well as the management. He/she will be responsible for the overall company, particularly in sales, service, and internal operations. This position is being newly filled as part of a classic succession plan.

The previous incumbent will take on a "non-leadership role" in the company and report to the Future Managing Director. YOUR TASKSThe fundamental goal of this position is to exploit the market opportunities available in the United Kingdom and to continuously expand them from a profitability perspective. This means in detail:

Care for existing customersBuild new customer relationshipsExpand the service businessDevelop new customer business across all industriesImplement the newly developed sales strategies in this context, also collaborating with external partnersMotivate employeesExpand the teamLead the company with entrepreneurial spirit and full responsibilityYOUR PROFILEHolds a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a technician with many years of professional experience may replace the degree.
