Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple dealerships within the Southern California regionDevelop and implement strategic initiatives that drive profitability and enhance customer satisfactionMonitor and analyze sales performance and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with dealership management teams to develop training programs that enhance team performance and customer interactionsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence across the platformBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and manufacturersManage budgeting and forecasting processes to meet financial targetsP&L Responsibilities for 3 locationsLead through example, engaging and motivating employees to achieve their bestRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferredA minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive management, with at least 2 years in a multi-dealership environmentStrong leadership and team-building skillsDemonstrated ability to drive results through analysis and operational improvementsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in automotive management software and Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)Ability to travel within the region as neededBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance401kPaid HolidaysWeekly Paychecks$250,000-$400,000 annual compensation range potentialDirector of Operations, Platform Manager, Multi-Rooftop Manager, Multi-Reooftop Director, Platform Director, EEO#R5
