This position is responsible for developing and implementing warehouse strategies, optimizing space and resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. Job ResponsibilitiesBuild strategic capacity for stock storageEstablish robust warehouse management processes to ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
Review and refine stock management policiesMinimize operational risks across all MCH factories through improved inventory control. Develop and implement standardized operational procedures across factoriesLead digital transformation initiativesEnsure consistency, efficiency, and quality in production and logistics. Monitor and enforce compliance with operational procedures among employees and contractorsRecommend and implement effective controls to prevent asset loss and enhance accountability. Serve as the key liaison between the Supply Planning and Sales teamsEnsure alignment and maintain high service levels to meet customer expectations. Initiate and lead cost-saving projects focused on logistics operations. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
