Role Description This is a full-time role for a Mass Recruitment Manager - Sales Hiring, based on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Mass Recruitment Manager will oversee the high-volume hiring process for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, and developing strategies to meet staffing needs. Responsibilities include managing recruitment plans, collaborating with hiring managers, building robust talent pipelines, ensuring adherence to hiring metrics and deadlines, and improving the overall candidate experience.
