As a Research Officer, you will be a key member of the Whenua Haumanu Programme, supporting the collection, analysis, and reporting of experimental data from both field and laboratory settings.

Your expertise in data collection and manipulation (manual and automated), and statistical analysis tools such as R, SAS, SPSS, or Minitab, will help deliver insights that shape regenerative and contemporary pastoral practices for cattle and sheep. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside leading researchers, directly influencing the future of sustainable agriculture in Aotearoa. Ko koe tēnei | About youWe Are Seeking An Experienced And Driven Researcher WithA PhD in Agricultural Science (or related discipline), or equivalent high-level expertise. Proven experience in field experimentation and data management.

Strong knowledge of regenerative and contemporary pastoral management practices in New Zealand. Excellent data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, statistical programs).
