We are now enhancing our internal technical capabilities to develop the solution further – that’s where you come in. We are now looking for a talented Master Data Engineer to join our team of seasoned professionals in HITThis role reports to our Head of Data Management within our Global IT department. As a Master Data Engineer, you will be a pivotal contributor to the execution of our master data roadmap by designing and implementing technical solutions with our state of the art master data technologies on cloud platform.Where you’ll beYou will be located at our Espoo HQ in Finland on a hybrid basis and should be within reasonable commuting distance from here.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop, deploy, and maintain master data solutions on the Huhtamaki MDM Platform, an enterprise-level multi-domain MDM solution designed to ensure good quality master data for operative and analytical purposes. Domains in scope but not limited to Customer, Supplier, Product, Material, Location, and FinanceDesign and implement master data related integrations, sourcing, data migration and data cleansing best practices. Contribute to integration architecture.Participate in the design and implementation of data quality dashboards. Optimize data solutions for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.  Ensure security best practices and compliance are maintained across the MDM platform. Provide ongoing support for data-related issues and troubleshoot problems promptly.  Support global data steward network in technical issues related to MDM solution usage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data solutions that align with business goals. What You'll Bring To The RoleBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.5+ years of experience in developing master data solutions, preferably with tools like Syndigo, Informatica MDM, Stibo Step, Semarchy xDM, Profisee, or similar multi domain solutions. Experience with master data management concepts and processes. Experience with data quality management and data quality reporting. Advanced skills in SQL.   Good experience in extracting data from various ERP systems and API-related integration development is a plus. Azure certifications (e.g., Fabric Data Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate) are a plus.   Experience with Python, Pyspark, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, etc. are a plus.Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.  Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  What We Offer In ReturnA meaningful job: At Huhtamaki, we believe in protecting food, people and the planet.
