Master Data Intern

Keywords is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join and support our Vendor Master Data team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and master data management in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will support the Vendor Master Data team in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our vendor records.In this role you will be responsible for: Support the creation, maintenance, and updating of vendor master data records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all relevant systemsSupport in the validation of vendor information, including legal name, address, tax identification number, banking details, and other relevant data pointsCollaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g HR,production,) to gather necessary vendor information and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsSupport internal and external audits related to vendor master dataSupport in the development and maintenance of documentation related to vendor master data processes and proceduresRequirementsTechnical Skills Currently reading for / or having just completed a Degree in Foreign Languages or similarAttentive to detail Accurate data inputting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrates good interpersonal skills Knowledge of Microsoft ExcelFluency in English Conversational level in Italian and French is an assetBehavioural SkillsOrganized and results drivenStrong team player and problem solverPassionate and proactiveBenefitsTicketsHybrid Model (4 day office 1 day remote)
