Master Data Management Analyst (contract, long term mission)

We have created an open, team-driven and innovative culture, recognized by several awards (People Experience, Great Place to Work, Luxembourg Flagship, CIO of the year).As Pictet Technologies continues to grow, we are expending our implementation team for Pictet’s Enterprise Data Management (EDM) program using NeoXam Data Hub (NDH).Therefore, we are looking for Master Data Management Analyst contractor (not permanent) with experience in Data Management Tools to support our Core banking product.In this context, as part of a scrum team, your mission will be to:Collect and analyze the needs expressed by the relevant business lines within the framework of evolution and maintenance projects.Design and propose pragmatic IT solutions in close collaboration with development teams and architects.Propose and influence innovative solutions.Gather client requirements, leverage best practices and industry standards (be involved in the settings: propose data interfaces, define quality checks and design NDH data dictionary).Develop and execute functional tests.Handle, document, and analyze production incidents, as well as third-level support requests.Write functional specifications iteratively according to Agile methodology, validate them with sponsors, and communicate them to the teams responsible for implementation (including stakeholders outside the main team).Our candidates should have:A proven experience in business analysis and ideally a background in data managementStrong understanding and expertise in business areas such as:Financial instruments, pricing and indices domainExperience in one or more financial data providers (ex. Bloomberg, Six, WMdaten, Reuters, Fund Info, …)Transactional flows in and outFunds domainLegal reportingSQL KnowledgeIdeally, experience with NeoXam Data Hub or similar Master Data Management systems.Knowledge of industrial software development tools and practices, including products like Jira, Wiki, and XrayAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within an agile team.And also:An agile mind-set.
