The organization is dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of compliance and responsibility in its operations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site position located in Switzerland for a Master Grower. The Master Grower will oversee the entire cultivation process, including planting, monitoring, harvesting, and managing plant health. Responsibilities also include optimizing growing systems, maintaining compliance with Swiss agricultural and cannabis regulations, and managing a team of cultivators. The role encompasses maintaining detailed records, ensuring sustainability practices, and achieving high-quality production standards.QualificationsExpertise in horticulture, plant biology, and sustainable agriculture practicesExperience in cannabis cultivation, including planting, monitoring, and harvesting cropsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage a cultivation teamKnowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for agriculture and cannabis in SwitzerlandAbility to maintain detailed records and manage inventory systemsFamiliarity with sustainable farming technologies and techniquesBachelor's degree in Horticulture, Botany, Agronomy, or a related field is preferredPhysical fitness to manage agricultural work and a strong attention to detailFluency in English and proficiency in French is an advantage
