The Master Mariner will oversee vessel operations, ensure compliance with safety and navigation protocols, and manage all aspects of vessel leadership. Responsibilities include supervising crew members, managing cargo operations, maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance. The role requires strong decision-making under pressure and a commitment to operational excellence in maritime transport. Qualifications Expertise in Vessel Operations, Navigation, and Maritime Safety ProtocolsExperience in Crew Management and LeadershipKnowledge of Cargo Management and LogisticsProficiency in Compliance with Maritime Regulations and Environmental StandardsStrong Communication, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving SkillsValid certifications such as STCW and possession of a Master Mariner's licenseExperience in oil tanker operations is an advantageA Bachelor's degree in Nautical Science, Maritime Studies, or related fields is preferred
