This role requires a hands-on technical expert and strong leader who can guide multidisciplinary teams through complex solution design and implementation, while maintaining a strategic vision of technology alignment with business goals.The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments, combines a deep technical foundation with strong communication skills, and is passionate about delivering sustainable, high-quality solutions.Main Responsibilities Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise solutions. Manage and maintain key technical deliverables, including: Technical Debt Backlog Application Technical Documentation Infrastructure Change Requests Ensure all deliverables adhere to best practices, scalability standards, and security principles. Act as a technical mentor and leader, supporting teams in resolving architectural and engineering challenges. Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business strategy.
