Material ordering through PO (Requirement calculation considering plan, stock, safety stock, standard inventory, lead time. PO management (Check for delivery w.r.t to standard timeline), Aging PO reconciliation ØCustom clearance & container plant arrival coordination with internal stake holders. ØStock management (Adherence of FIFO) & Inventory reconciliation. ØClaim management for rejection & AF. ØNew project material ordering & monitoring arrival schedule w.r.t timeline. ØMonth Closing – Analysis of production v/s GR/GI. ØExpertise in BOM reading & understanding. ØConsumption analysis System (BOM) v/s Physical Usage. ØJob-work parts ordering & material management. ØEO Change management & B/Out material order control. ØHandson experience in SAP & escalation on priority in case of abnormality ØKnowledge in different type of feeding systems JIT/JIS
