We’re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.ObjectiveControls the documentation of received materials and receive Material Picklist to be issued to construction. Assist in the maintenance and operation of a materials control system (ERM) for the site. Consolidates MTOs generated by Engineering into BOMs and assigns required allowances. Assigns free issued bulk materials to construction work packages.ResponsibilitiesUse of ERM system and reporting Assist in the maintenance and operation of a materials control system for the site and ensure adherence to relevant company and project policies and procedures. Using ERM, provide continuous control of all materials and equipment from receipt at the site to final installed location. Issuing MRR as per project timeline definition. Verifies and consolidates MTO’s prepared by in-house engineering and engineering contractors into Bills of Materials (BOMs). Adds the appropriate allowances/contingencies (design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning). Provide the package’s requisitions with BOM quantities and coordinates with the Buyers for the preparation of enquiries. Determine and report in ERM overages, shortages, non-conforming and damaged materials and equipment for lay down in field processes and warehouse stored materials. Liaise with expediting and logistics coordination in the safe and timely delivery of the equipment and materials to site. Ensures that material receiving reports are issued daily according to the standard distribution list. Perform or assist in periodic audits of stores, warehouse, tool cribs and free issue stocks as required by company procedure or customer. Comply with Project´s HSE and environmental procedures and regulations.Issuing of materials and equipment Ensures that the free-issue of materials/equipment from store to contractors is recorded in accordance with the field procedures. Maintains a record of surplus materials. Controlling the receiving, warehousing and issuing of materials and equipment in ERMHas The Authority To Instruct, if applicable, the contractor Warehouse Supervisor.Requirements University or Technicall studies ar preferrablre 2/3 years of experience in Materials Administration Experience in computer based ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle or other.
