Customers in more than 135 countries depend on Aviat Networks to build, expand, and upgrade their voice, data, and video solutions. About the Role: The Material Distribution Administrator is responsible for checking and receiving all incoming defective units and spare parts to support the Repair and Return process. This role facilitates the ordering of spare parts, materials & accessories for repairs, ensuring timely purchasing and availability. Additionally, the administrator monitors inventory and ensures that material stocks are always available for continuous operations.Responsibilities:Facilitate Purchase Order for any required accessories and parts needed in RFTE operation.Coordinate with local and international vendors on units that require vendor repairs Issuance of requested spares and materials to RFTE section.Check incoming shipments and ensure that any damage is reported and noted.Receive and process units in Clarify systems.Facilitate the processing of Advance and Repair Replacements.Monitor the availability of spare parts and ensure that orders are delivered on time.Encode and update all incoming reports to Clarify System and Coordinate with other Aviat Networks logistics offices and or group.Monitor the inventory of Clark facility and make sure that parts are in their proper location.Update the Oracle and Buffer stock in a timely manner.Perform regular Cycle countOther duties deemed necessary by the Immediate HeadQualifications and Competencies:At least four years in college.Skilled communicator with a strong ability to effectively engage with customers and suppliersKnowledgeable in Window, MS Office, MS Access.Fast learner and willing to work long hours.Knowledge in Oracle is an advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills,Cooperative attitude and team playerExcellent interpersonal and time management skillsString analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented, multi-tasking and able to deal with deadlinesAbility to learn new technologies quicklyAble to work cross-functionallyMust be fluent in English, both oral and writtenWe encourage you to read our Candidate Privacy Notice.
