About The RoleAre you ready to take control of your career? We’re seeking an experienced Materials Coordinator to support a key heavy industrial site in Kwinana.This is a Monday to Friday role responsible for coordinating physical inventory, purchasing, and logistics in a fast-paced operational environment.You’ll use your SAP and warehouse management experience to improve visibility, streamline processes, and ensure accurate documentation and handover during this 3–6 month project.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop MLO processes and practices aligned with the Client requirementsManage materials coordination, inventory, and purchasing within SAPDevelopment, documentation, and handover of materials processes.Maintain and track physical inventory in line with site and corporate procedures.Coordinate logistics and deliveries to meet project and maintenance demands.Collaborate with maintenance, supply, and project teams to ensure readiness and accuracy.BenefitsCompetitive rate: $75–$85/hr + super, paid weekly.Monday to Friday roster – home every night.3–6 month contract with future MSS opportunities.Uniforms, technical support, and development programs.Excellent safety and team culture.About YouYou’re an organised and adaptable professional with strong materials coordination, inventory, and SAP experience in heavy industry.
