About This Position What You´ll DoResponsible to support all elements of Material Master Data for Europe including but not restricted to the following. Quality of content and completeness of Material Master Data Timeliness of completion of new material request Continuous improvement of processes related to Material Master DataManage European Material Master Data Coordinator Team and coordinate with other MMD rolesCoordinate and drive exchanges & improvements with GBS+ Master Data teamsSupport European MMD Head and represent as needed on Global Master Data councilsCoordinate, drive and delegate projects and performance for material creation processesAdvocate for Europe for change management related to Material Master Data processes related to Material creation processMust be expert level with tools related to Material Master Data managementStrive for keeping a motivated and committed teamHold proper training strategy definition and implementation for the team and stakeholdersDefine individual development plans for the full team supported by strong individual coaching.
