Our continued success depends on it!Position OverviewThe incumbent will be exposed to industrial development and the medical device environment. He/she will provide support to the supply chain area/field being assigned and complete tasks assigned by Planners/Managers/Coaches within or across divisions.Insulet Corporation (NASDAQ: PODD) is an innovative medical device company dedicated to making the lives of people with diabetes easier. Through its OmniPod Insulin Management System, Insulet seeks to expand the use of insulin pump therapy among people with insulin-dependent diabetes. Insulet's Delivery Systems business also partners with global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to tailor the OmniPod technology platform for the delivery of subcutaneous drugs across multiple therapeutic areas.ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and maintaining material requirement plans (MRP) based on production schedules.Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to avoid shortages or excess.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.Track and resolve material discrepancies or delays.Support data entry and maintenance of planning systems and ERP tools.Generate reports on material status, inventory levels, and supplier performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and logistics.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and reduce waste.Perform other duties or assignments as requested by immediate supervisor.Ability to be independent and self-motivated.Participate in process improvement projects and provide qualitative and quantitative analysisUphold and comply with Insulet Code of Conduct, Quality and HSE policy.Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality policies, and employee guidelines.Perform other duties as required.Education And ExperienceMinimum Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any other discipline.Fresh Graduates or candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain preferredPreferred Skills And CompetenciesFamiliarity with SAP systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.Team player with a collaborative approach.
