The company operates with design, engineering, manufacturing, and R&D capabilities at its facilities in Istanbul and Seattle, serving multiple aircraft types and catering to industry leaders such as Boeing, Airbus, and some of the world’s leading airlines.QualificationsAt least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering fields such as; Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Manufacturing EngineeringAt least 5+ years of planning, order management and stock analysis experience (Preferably in Aviation)Good command of English (technical and communication)Analytical thinking and problem solving abilitiesMastery of MS Office applicationsJob Description Responsible for planning the requirements of raw materials, components, and semi-finished products.Monitor and control stock levels across all product groups, prioritizing according to customer demands and the production schedule.Manage material inventory to maintain optimal stock levels while supporting uninterrupted production.Oversee material supply processes and adjust planning according to actual and changing production needs.Support the company’s strategic planning activities by contributing to short-term and long-term material planning objectives.Analyze consumption trends, lead times, and safety stock levels to improve forecasting accuracy.Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Configuration and Engineering teams to ensure seamless material flow.Follow up on delayed or critical materials and take corrective actions to prevent production disruptions.Maintain accurate MRP/ERP data, including BOM updates, material master data, and planning parameters.Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.Identify risks in the supply chain and propose proactive solutions.Ensure all material planning activities comply with company procedures and inventory policies.
