Imagine making a real impact on energy technology while growing your expertise in a friendly, inclusive environment.How You’ll Make An ImpactLead failure analysis of turbine components, using advanced analytical and testing toolsQualify and evaluate suppliers to ensure the highest standards for materials and processesOversee quality assurance for in-house and outsourced manufacturing, including forging, casting, welding, brazing, and machiningSupport R&D projects, collaborating with engineers and experts to drive innovationTailor your responsibilities to your strengths and interests, contributing to both daily operations and long-term projectsWhat You BringYou hold an MSc in Materials Technology, Metallurgy, or a related fieldYou have at least 5 years of experience in materials engineering or a similar areaYou bring deep expertise in metallic materials, failure analysis, and microscopyYou are proficient in manufacturing methods such as forging, casting, welding, brazing, and machiningYou are fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plusDetail-oriented, analytical, and structuredCollaborative team player with the ability to work independentlyAbout The TeamYou’ll join a team of 30 dedicated professionals, including materials engineers, technicians, experts, and chemical engineers, all working together in a state-of-the-art metallurgical laboratory.
