Materials Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities:1. Maintains optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements2.Responsible for continuing programs of exploration for new materials, suppliers, and processes to achieve the best possible quality, reliability, prices, continuity, and delivery3. Establishes procedures and supervises the monthly and annual physical inventory4. Supervise, evaluate and coach staff members5. Interfaces with product line coordinators on the planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments6. Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers7. Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications8. Ensures that the company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with all materials department functionsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Business management, Supply chain management, Logistic-at least 3 years’ experience as material, Logistic, Production planning manager in automotive industrial-Excellent in English and Chinese-Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems-Advanced knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally-Results-oriented with superior technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.-Outstanding communication and leadership skills-Time management-Project management-Team management-Decision making
