This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and internal material movement to support production and distribution. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational discipline, and experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field5+ years of experience in materials management or warehouse operationsExperience in automotive or manufacturing industriesFamiliarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement toolsRequired QualificationsProven ability to lead warehouse and materials teamsExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, material flow, and logistics coordinationEffective communication and problem-solving skillsResponsibilitiesOversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shippingEnsure timely and accurate material flow to production linesMaintain inventory accuracy and implement cycle count programsLead and develop warehouse and materials teamsCollaborate with production, planning, and logistics to meet operational targetsDrive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and cost controlWe are an ambitious, resourceful, and driven workforce, which empowers us to THINK OUTSIDE.
