Job Description

Measure and analyze advertising performance, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and identifying areas for optimization. Analyzing web traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO toolsTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Develop and implement strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement across digital channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience behavior, and opportunitiesCreate and manage ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter, and other relevant channels. Monitor and optimize budgets for maximum ROI across campaigns.

Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase or similar to evaluate campaign performance. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, Google algorithm updates ,and best practices,Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Domain knowledge in financial markets  Qualifications and SkillsAt least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fintech or investment industry. Advanced English languageProficiency in digital advertising tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.

Knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and structured dataExcellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise updates to stakeholders. Familiarity with performance measurement techniques, such as A/B testing and conversion rate optimizationAbility to work collaboratively in an innovative environment.
