Business Controller

Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level in the premium spirits industry? We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join our commercial finance team and support strategic decision-making across our EU and US markets. Your key responsibilities will include: Prepare timely, accurate financial reports for commercial units. Analyze revenue, costs, profitability trends to guide decisions. Develop and present performance reports highlighting key drivers and improvement areasAdvise senior management with commercial insights. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align financial strategy. Support pricing, product launches, and other commercial initiatives.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Analyze product/customer profitability and identify margin improvements. Build financial models and business cases for projects and investments. Evaluate ROI and help prioritize strategic initiatives. We’re looking for someone who: Has a higher education degree in economics, finance, or related fields. Brings at least 4 years of experience in commercial finance, controlling, or financial analysis. Ideally comes with experience from an international business environment. Is fluent in both English and Hungarian, spoken and written. Has strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and is confident with reporting tools.
