As a Client Success & Management Trainee, you’ll be the bridge between our U. S. clients and our local engineers. You’ll make sure that placements happen smoothly, communication is clear, and KPIs are met. This role is part of our management trainee track, giving fresh graduates the chance to develop skills in client management, operations, and international recruiting. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a liaison between U. S.
clients and Pakistani engineering teams • Coordinate the placement process and ensure smooth onboarding of engineers • Track and report KPIs for ongoing projects and placements • Maintain and update accurate client and candidate data in our systems • Assist U. S. recruiters with timely updates and resolving placement challenges • Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency • Support onboarding for new U. S. clients and ensure alignment with engineering capacityWho We’re Looking For:
