Title: Maximo Project ManagerLocation: Remote (Atlanta, GA) with Travel Duration: 06+ Month Contract To Hire Interview: 4 Stage interview, the final will be conducted onsite at their head office (Atlanta, GA)Work Authorization: US Citizen AND GREEN CARD ONLYAs a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of enterprise asset management solutions. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful implementation of Maximo-based technologies across utility and public sector clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver projects following PMO best practices, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.Work closely with technical and functional team members to develop project plans, assign resources, and manage execution.Lead project teams across virtual and matrix structures; maintain stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.Track and report project performance, budget adherence, and delivery milestones.Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring project goals, issues, and changes are clearly conveyed and managed.Present executive-level updates and contribute to business development efforts, including pricing and scheduling of future work.Requirements10+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT or software implementation.Proven experience managing multiple and complex projects in parallel.PMP Certification required.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Experience using Agile frameworks and methodologies.Strong technical skills including Microsoft Project, Excel, and Office Suite.Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to lead, inspire, and deliver under pressure.Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; travel may be required.
