Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process and ensure effective execution of all recruitment activitiesManage the on-boarding process for new employees and ensure good customer experienceWork closely with business leaders to understand recruitment needs and resource managementProvide data and analysis on market data and benchmarkingAdhere to local regulatory requirements as part of hiring process in relation to Fair Consideration Framework and manage all work pass applications and renewalsThe Successful Candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or any other relevant disciplineAt least 2 years of experience in Human Resources with a keen interest to be exposed to the different functions of HRProficient in MS office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Law and other labour legislationAn individual who is collaborative and capable of maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders of different business units and different levels of the organizationAn individual who is hands-on, driven with good initiative and a good team playerWe regret that only short-listed candidates will be notified
