Job Description

About the RoleOversee enterprise-wide workforce planning, capability mapping, and talent analytics to forecast future needs and enable data-driven decision-making. ResponsibilitiesLead people-related transformation programs (e. g. digital upskilling, agile organization design, future of work) and manage change across the enterprise. Identify and drive initiatives to improve organizational design, structure, and performance; partner with business units to address talent and capability gaps. Advise senior management on human capital trends and strategic opportunities. Foster strong collaboration across HR, business leaders, and external partners.

Monitor emerging trends in talent, workforce models, and the future of work; introduce innovative practices to keep the organization competitive. Qualifications and Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in organizational design, people strategy, or related fields. Strategic and systems-level thinking with the ability to align people strategy to business goals. Strong business acumen and deep expertise in HR functions and trends. Proven ability to lead change and influence at senior levels. Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
